APX Teamwear create made-to-order teamwear and bespoke sportswear designed specifically for clubs, teams, and individual requirements. Because many of our products are customised, personalised, or produced to order, our returns policy differs depending on the type of product purchased.

1. Bespoke Teamwear & Made-to-Order Products

All bespoke teamwear, made-to-order garments, personalised products, customised club kits, and club-specific items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom-designed teamwear
  • Club-specific products
  • Personalised garments
  • Products with names, numbers, initials, sponsors, logos, or badges
  • Made-to-order items produced specifically for a club, team, or customer

Because these products are created specifically to your order requirements, we cannot accept returns due to:

  • Incorrect size selected
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect personalisation details submitted by the customer
  • Club, sponsor, or logo details supplied incorrectly
  • Products no longer required after production has started
  • General preference over fit, style, or colour where the item matches the approved order/design

2. Faulty Items or Manufacturing Defects

Returns will only be considered for bespoke teamwear where there is a genuine product fault or manufacturing defect.

Examples may include:

  • Incorrect product supplied
  • Manufacturing fault
  • Stitching defect
  • Printing, sublimation, or embroidery error caused during production
  • Damaged item received
  • Product not matching the approved order specification

  • Your name
  • Club/team name
  • Order number
  • Product affected
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A short description of the fault
  • Date the item was received

We may request that the item is returned for inspection before confirming whether a replacement, repair, credit, or refund is appropriate.

Faults must be reported as soon as possible after receiving your order.

3. Non-Club Teamwear Products / Clubhouse Retail

Non-club teamwear products, including general Clubhouse retail items that are not customised, personalised, or made to order, may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • With tags and packaging intact where applicable

Once the item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

4. Items That Cannot Be Returned

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Personalised items
  • Bespoke teamwear
  • Made-to-order products
  • Custom club shop products
  • Products with names, numbers, initials, logos, sponsors, or badges
  • Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery
  • Items returned outside the stated returns period
  • Items returned without prior approval

5. Sizing Responsibility

For bespoke and made-to-order teamwear, customers are responsible for selecting the correct sizes before placing an order.

Where size guides, samples, or sizing advice are provided, these should be used before confirming an order. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for bespoke items where the incorrect size has been selected.

6. Refunds, Replacements & Repairs

Where a fault or manufacturing defect is confirmed, APX Teamwear may offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement item
  • Repair
  • Store credit
  • Refund

The appropriate resolution will depend on the nature of the issue and will be confirmed after review.

Please do not send any products back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Summary

Bespoke teamwear and made-to-order products are only returnable where there is a confirmed product or manufacturing defect. Non-custom APX Clubhouse retail products can be returned within 14 days for a full refund, provided they are unused and in original condition.
